General Terms

You must understand English. You must be at least 18 years old, or at least 13 years old with parental consent. You may NOT use a proxy server when completing surveys or offers. You may not sign-up multiple times with different email addresses. Your computer IP must not be shared with another computer (only 1 account per computer permitted). You must use your own real information when filling out information on offers and on registering with us. There is zero-tolerance for using false phone numbers, false addresses, false names, multiple accounts, multiple IP addresses, etc. Cookies MUST be enabled, make sure they are not blocked. Fraudulent users are NOT welcome here. Free Gaming Rewards relies on the honesty of all parties in order to remain an asset to all users. In order to ensure this honesty, to the best of our ability, we closely monitor our site and member accounts for fraud and abuse. This means that if you engage in fraudulent activity, as determined solely by us, your account will be CLOSED and any points you have earned will be deleted.

Limitation of Liability

Free Gaming Rewards will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or our program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore, we aggregate liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. The provisions of this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement.

Spam

Spamming is a serious crime. Any member caught spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately. Also any past, present and future earnings (points) will be forfeited.

Privacy Policy

Using fraudulent information to complete offers and/or completing offers with fraudulent intent will result in the member's account being deleted without notice and in a relinquishment of all points in the account. Fraud includes, but is not limited to, the following: using stolen credit cards to complete offers; using false information to complete offers; using information that is not one's own to complete offers; using prepaid gift and/or credit cards to complete offers; completing the same offer multiple times; canceling offers and/or trials prior to receipt of product and/or service.

Prizes

Prizes are sent at the end of the next month. If the threshold is hit in one month, then we will send out your prize at the end of the following month. When a prize is requested, the user needs to spend all his/her points; Remaining points cannot be used again. Free Gaming Rewards does not send prizes in the following circumstances: to members with incomplete or inaccurate account information, members with multiple accounts . In some cases prizes may require additional time than above-indicated to be processed. Thus, offers completed during a prior month may not always be confirmed/paid-out the following month, as there are sometimes delays in receiving commissions on, and, by participating on this site, users understand and acknowledge that no prize shall be sent until payment has been received from our advertisers.
